Charlotte Tilbury opens first stores outside the UK
UK makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury is to open her first stores outside the UK.
The skincare and scent brand will open three stores in the Middle East, including the first Beauty Wonderland flagship outside the UK.
The 240 sqm flagship spanning two floors, Charlotte Tilbury’s largest anywhere, will open at The Avenues Kuwait in September.
It will be followed by stores at Doha Festival City in October and then The Dubai Mall early next year. Charlotte Tilbury will be operated in the Middle East by MH Alshaya Co.
Each store will incorporate the latest digital innovations with the signature, Old Hollywood-inspired interiors which have become synonymous with the brand.
In amongst the deep, night crimson velvet sofas, rose-gold art-deco light fittings and old vanity tables will be the first-of-its-kind Magic Mirror which morphs a customer’s face to Charlotte’s 10 iconic looks in seconds.
At the heart of the Charlotte Tilbury brand is the 10 Looks makeup wardrobe. One woman, 10 looks – like a wardrobe of little black dresses, these color-curated, off-the-peg, ready-to-wear makeup looks show women how to match the right eyes, cheeks and lips as put together by Charlotte. Women can choose by personality, lifestyle and preference. To celebrate the launch, Charlotte has unveiled a new campaign of the 10 looks featuring digital influencer and model Cindy Kimberly.
